  • You can book your appointment through Fresha (our preferred booking platform) for real-time availability and instant confirmation. Alternatively, you can book via WhatsApp, and our team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable appointment time.

  • Yes, we welcome walk-ins whenever availability allows. However, appointments are highly recommended to avoid waiting and to ensure your preferred service can be accommodated.

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

  • A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your total service amount on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made outside our cancellation policy.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.
