Yes, we welcome walk-ins whenever availability allows. However, appointments are highly recommended to avoid waiting and to ensure your preferred service can be accommodated.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your total service amount on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made outside our cancellation policy.
