Pricing & Policies

  • You can book your appointment through Fresha (our preferred booking platform) for real-time availability and instant confirmation.

    Alternatively, you can book via WhatsApp, and our team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable appointment time.

  • Yes, we welcome walk-ins whenever availability allows. However, appointments are highly recommended to avoid waiting and to ensure your preferred service can be accommodated.

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

  • A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your total service amount on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made outside our cancellation policy

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.

Nail Services

  • A gel manicure typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your nail growth, daily activities and how well you care for your nails.

  • No. When applied and professionally removed correctly, gel polish should not damage healthy natural nails. Picking or peeling off gel yourself can weaken the nail plate.

  • We recommend booking a maintenance appointment every 3 to 4 weeks to keep your nails looking fresh and healthy.

  • Yes, we can professionally remove gel polish or nail extensions from another salon. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of product and removal time required.

  • A gel manicure is applied directly onto your natural nails to provide long-lasting colour and shine. Gel extensions add length using full tips or sculpting techniques before applying the gel finish.

  • Absolutely. You're welcome to bring inspiration photos or discuss your ideas with our nail artist. We'll do our best to create a design that suits your style.

  • The duration depends on your chosen service:

    • Gel Manicure: approximately 45 minutes

    • Gel Nail Art: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

    • Gel Extensions: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

    • Bespoke Nail Art Extensions: approximately 2 hours 30 minutes

  • If a nail chips or lifts within our repair policy period due to workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll assess the issue and arrange a repair where applicable.

  • To keep your manicure looking its best:

    • Apply cuticle oil daily.

    • Wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes.

    • Avoid using your nails as tools.

    • Do not peel or pick off the gel.

  • Most of our nail products are generally suitable during pregnancy. If you have any concerns or medical conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before your appointment.

Lash Services

  • We offer a range of lash styles, including Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions, designed to suit different eye shapes and desired looks. Please check with us if you have any specific styling you prefer. 

    • Classic: One extension applied to one natural lash for a natural look.

    • Hybrid: A mix of Classic and Volume lashes for added texture and fullness.

    • Volume: Multiple lightweight extensions applied to each natural lash for a fuller, more dramatic appearance.

  • Lash extensions naturally shed with your lash growth cycle and typically last 4 to 6 weeks. To maintain a full look, infills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.

  • No. When applied correctly by a trained lash technician and cared for properly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes.

  • Mascara is not recommended with lash extensions. Lash extensions are designed to give you a fuller, darker, and more defined look without the need for mascara. Applying mascara can weaken the adhesive bond, cause the extensions to clump together, and shorten their lifespan. It also makes the lashes more difficult to clean and maintain, which can affect both their appearance and retention.

  • Avoid getting your lash extensions wet for the first 6-8hrs after your appointment to allow the adhesive to cure properly. After that, regular cleansing is encouraged to maintain lash hygiene.

  • Use a gentle lash cleanser and a soft cleansing brush to clean your lashes regularly. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry before brushing them with a clean spoolie.

  • Sleeping face-down can cause lashes to bend or fall out prematurely. Sleeping on your back or side and using a silk pillowcase may help extend their lifespan.

  • No. Attempting to remove lash extensions yourself can pull out your natural lashes. We recommend professional removal to protect your natural lash health.

Hygiene & Safety

  • All reusable tools are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sterilised according to professional hygiene standards. Disposable items are used where appropriate and discarded after each client.

  • Please inform our specialists before your appointment if you have any known allergies, sensitivities or concerns relevant to the service. We'll recommend suitable options where possible.

  • For the health and safety of all clients, we are unable to perform treatments on active eye infections, nail infections or open wounds. We recommend seeking medical advice and booking once the condition has fully healed.

Aftercare

  • Keep your nails hydrated with cuticle oil, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and book regular maintenance appointments every 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Clean your lashes regularly, avoid oil-based products around the eyes, refrain from rubbing or pulling your lashes, and schedule infills every 2 to 3 weeks.

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your total service amount on the day of your appointment.

  • Yes. If you experience lifting, chipping or other issues shortly after your appointment due to workmanship, please contact us promptly. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our salon policy.

  • Yes! We encourage clients to bring inspiration photos. They help us understand your preferred style and create a design that best matches your vision.

  • Yes. Gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions or simply to treat someone special. Please contact us for available denominations and terms.
